I work in the industry of hope.
I believe that people possess the ability and inner strength to adjust, change, develop and grow.
The first step to a better tomorrow may start small, but today.
New possibilities and experiences are around the corner.
My therapeutic approach:
In my practice, we work from a positive psychology and solution focused approach so that clients may get to where they aspire to be in their lives, as soon as possible. A variety of therapeutic techniques, theories and principles are used, depending on the specific needs and personality of the individual client.
As members of the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA), we are committed to ethical, professional, and responsible service delivery. Our priorities are confidentiality, integrity, professional relations, and respect for the dignity of our clients.
My passion and focus include optimal development of children and young people and empowering them for their future. This includes their emotional, social, intellectual, and scholastic development within their family and frame of reference. Assessments, intervention strategies and therapy are aimed at addressing the unique needs of the individual or family. In this way, clients are guided towards the development of hope, positive perspectives, and skills.
